Cajun cauliflower: Makes three servings

1 small head of cauliflower lower into florets three heaping cups
2 teaspoons oil
Cajun Mix:
2 tsp paprika (I take advantage of 1 tsp candy gentle paprika and 1 tsp smoked scorching paprika)
1/four tsp (0.25 tsp) or extra cayenne
half tsp (0.5 tsp) freshly floor black pepper
half tsp (0.5 tsp) crimson pepper flakes or use extra smoked paprika
half tsp (0.5 tsp) dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/four tsp (0.25 tsp) onion powder
half tsp (0.5 tsp) salt ( 1/four to half tsp to choice)
Garlic Sauce Pasta:
eight ouncespenne glutenfree if wanted
2 tsp olive oil divided
three cloves garlic minced
2 cups (473.18 ml) unsweetened non dairy milk resembling almond milk or soymilk or use cashew milk for creamier
1 tbsp flour or use rice flour to make gluten-free
1 tbsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch
10 cloves of roasted garlic
half tsp (0.5 tsp) to 1 tsp smoked paprika
1/four tsp (0.25 tsp) or extra dried thyme ,+ beneficiant dashes of different herbs resembling basil, sage, oregano
2 tbsp dietary yeast
half to three/four tsp (0.5 tsp) or extra salt
chopped basil or parsley for garnish
black pepper or cayenne and lemon juice for garnish .
