RECIPE👇👇
Elements:
2 ramen noodle packets (discard taste packets! PS… i exploit GF rice ones! However use no matter ramen noodles u can get)
Small handful peanuts
Cilantro for garnish
(non-compulsory) 4-5 kale leaves, finely chopped OR any veggie u need!
1 tsp coconut oil or oil of selection

Crispy tofu:
half to a full package deal of agency tofu
1/Four cup corn starch
Oil for pan frying (like peanut oil, avo oil or any excessive warmth oil)
Sauce:
2 half tbsp soy sauce (or Tamari, coconut aminos or liquid aminos)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup or brown sugar
1 tbsp water
2 half tsp peanut butter (or sunflower butter, tahini, almond butter would work excellent too!)
1/2-1 tsp sizzling sauce (like sriracha.. you may add extra if you would like extra warmth or go away it out)
2 half tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil

Technique
1.Take away tofu from package deal and wrap in a pair paper towels gently urgent on tofu to launch a little bit of the moisture. Lower tofu into cubes then roll every tofu dice in corn starch ensuring both sides is coasted.
