Straightforward Weeknight Harissa Rooster
Solely takes about 30 minutes and packs a lot taste!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs rooster thighs with pores and skin
three tbsp harissa seasoning
three tbsp EVOO
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to style
mina harissa sauce (1 jar)
RECIPE
Season rooster thighs with harissa, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin and a pair of tbsp olive oil and marinade for two hours. Warmth forged iron pan to medium excessive and pour in 1 tbsp EVOO. Add rooster thighs and cook dinner for 5-Eight minutes either side till browned. Add in your harissa sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes. High with parsley or basil and serve over rice.
