π Some time again I made dukkah for a roast dinner and I had a lot leftover. I lastly discovered the right recipe to make use of it in ππ. This dinner bowl is made up of sauteed Asian kaleπ₯¬ (pan fried in coconut oil, salt and garlic powder), turmeric blended quinoa, uncooked crimson capsicum, baked dukkah coated tofu and a wedge of lemonπ. So hearty and attractive!π It turned out very effectively.
