Simple work-from-home lunchtime inspo for ya — Broccoli and beef stir fry!
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of broccoli, damaged up into small florets
1/2 crimson onion, sliced
1 lb floor beef
1 crimson bell pepper, chopped
1/four cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey (optionally available)
Black pepper, sesame seeds and crimson pepper flakes to style
White rice (optionally available)
RECIPE
Add sesame oil to pan on medium excessive warmth. Add crimson onion and prepare dinner for two minutes. Add beef and broccoli and bell pepper and prepare dinner collectively till browned. Add hoisin, soy, and honey combination and let simmer on medium low warmth for two one other minutes. Add black pepper, sesame seeds, and crimson pepper flakes and stir.
