After I plan my meals for the week I attempt to pack in a ton of vitamins and goodness. Swapping out the common pasta noodles for zoodles makes it lighter, extra nutritious and that manner I can eat extra with out filling up on pasta. So it is a win win for me.
I did nonetheless add an excessive amount of salt
so I've made a word for subsequent time to not do this
.

• Canned diced tomatoes
• Tomato paste
• Onion
• Carrot
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Salt, blended herbs, chilli flakes, nooch
• Pink wine
• Do-it-yourself veggie inventory
• Zucchini as an alternative of normal pasta
