Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies! Will this be my final pumpkin recipe of the season?? In all probability not 😜
INGREDIENTS
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/four cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 massive egg, whisked
four tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gf oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/four tsp salt
1/2 bag of chocolate chips
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 375. Add room temperature butter in massive bowl with sugars, pumpkin purée, egg and vanilla – combine completely. Mushy collectively flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oats and baking soda. Slowly add to moist substances and blend. Fold in chocolate chips. Lay put 2 in balls of dough on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Prepare dinner for 15-20 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes earlier than consuming. Increase! Repeat with remaining dough.
