This was my first candy meal in days π―. I’ve been craving coconut yoghurt for days, however not one of the retailer purchased ones are sugar free π₯. Fortunately soulfoodmarket opened yesterday and I acquired some extra!! ππ₯₯

β’180ml unsweetened oat milk π₯

β’ Four spoonfuls soulfoodmarket coconut yoghurt π₯₯
β’ 2 tbsp home made path combine (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pecans and walnuts)

Technique:
1. To a small saucepan on medium warmth, add rolled oats, unsweetened oat milk and cinnamon.
2. Stir sometimes to keep away from sticking and as soon as it reaches a boil, stir continuously. It normally takes about eight minutes to prepare dinner.
