I would not say I’ve been consuming the most effective recently, which I’m attempting to alter. Simply so many snacks ๐Ÿ˜– and chocolate.
I began the day without work with some tofu scramble with steamed veg (cooked the day before today) on the facet and this was so scrumptious and healthful. ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ• I have to proceed consuming extra meals like this as a result of they actually do make me really feel good. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’š

Components:
โ–ช๏ธŽ Tofu scramble:
๐ŸŒธ 100g further agency tofu
๐ŸŒธ 1 tsp evoo for cooking
๐ŸŒธ 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
๐ŸŒธ 1 tbsp dietary yeast
๐ŸŒธ a sprinkle of spices (paprika, smoked paprika, combined herbs, turmeric, black pepper and salt).
๐ŸŒธ toppings: spring onion and tomato sauce
โ–ช๏ธŽ Steamed veggies:
๐ŸŒธ zucchini
๐ŸŒธ carrot
๐ŸŒธ corn
๐ŸŒธ squash

Methodology:
1. To a medium saucepan on medium warmth, add evoo.
2. Over the pan, break aside the tofu along with your fingers into small items.
3. Add coconut aminos, dietary yeast and spices.
4. Cook dinner till tofu turns into crispy, then take away from warmth and plate.
5. Prime with spring onion and tomato sauce. Add facet of steamed veggies.
