I would not say I’ve been consuming the most effective recently, which I’m attempting to alter. Simply so many snacks ๐ and chocolate.
I began the day without work with some tofu scramble with steamed veg (cooked the day before today) on the facet and this was so scrumptious and healthful. ๐ฝ๐ฅ๐ฅ I have to proceed consuming extra meals like this as a result of they actually do make me really feel good. ๐๐

Components:
โช๏ธ Tofu scramble:
๐ธ 100g further agency tofu
๐ธ 1 tsp evoo for cooking
๐ธ 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
๐ธ 1 tbsp dietary yeast
๐ธ a sprinkle of spices (paprika, smoked paprika, combined herbs, turmeric, black pepper and salt).
๐ธ toppings: spring onion and tomato sauce

๐ธ carrot
๐ธ corn
๐ธ squash

Methodology:
1. To a medium saucepan on medium warmth, add evoo.
2. Over the pan, break aside the tofu along with your fingers into small items.
3. Add coconut aminos, dietary yeast and spices.
4. Cook dinner till tofu turns into crispy, then take away from warmth and plate.
5. Prime with spring onion and tomato sauce. Add facet of steamed veggies.
