Fried rice with peanut sauce!! π₯°π±π β‘I actually used up all the pieces I had left within the fridge with this meal and it turned out fairly nicely.
β‘I used white rice with corn, purple cabbage, inexperienced capsicum, garlic, ginger, marinated tempeh (candy soy sauce, maple sryup, smoked paprika & cumin), marinated mushrooms (similar marinate as above), recent tomato, recent parsley, tomato paste, soy sauce and water. π½π
β‘For the peanut sauce, I used crunchy peanut butter, coconut aminos, lemon juice and water. This can be a household recipe, initially from my Oma (grandmother in Dutch) which was handed to my mum and now me. ππ All the time scrumptious. π
