Extra recreation day inspo – tandoori rooster drumsticks! Serve with lime wedges, leftover yogurt dipping sauce and a few fairly herbs.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp floor coriander
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp cayenne
three tbsp recent ginger chopped
(Garlic cloves optionally available)
1/four cup entire milk Greek yogurt
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1/four cup vegetable oil
1/four cup ginger kombucha
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp floor pepper
12 rooster drumsticks

RECIPE
Combine collectively spices and pour into sauce pan on low warmth to activate the flavors for 1-2 minutes. Add lime juice and ginger and stir for an additional 2 minutes. Take away from warmth and place in meals processor with greek yogurt and kombucha. Set 1/2 cup of combination apart for dipping sauce later.
