For the smashed potatoes:
1 kg small potatoes.
Olive oil.
Sea salt.
Toppings of your alternative.

Directions:
Carry water to a boil, add the cleaned potatoes and cook dinner them for about 25-30 minutes till they’re gentle (knife/fork check).

Preheat the oven to 220 levels celcius, put the cooked potatoes on a baking tray, smash them down with a potato masher or just a bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt on the highest of every potato and bake them for about 30 minutes till crispy and frivolously browned.

Put them on a plate and high with no matter you need. Simply get artistic. Right this moment I used vegan pesto and parsley!
