    A light-weight dinner I made just a few nights in the past.
    I had some leftover gluten free tortillas that had develop into too dry to fold, so I assumed what a greater method to make use of them up than to make baked tortilla chips. 😍👌
    I ed the budgetbytes recipe which was tremendous easy and so they turned out so effectively! Made some spicy guac to go together with and collectively it was an ideal mixture! 🙌😄

    Spicy guac:
    🌱 1 avocado
    🌱 1 tomato, thinly diced
    🌱half lime, juiced
    🌱1 tbsp scorching sauce
    🌱Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to style

    Methodology:
    1. In a small bowl scoop out avocado flesh and mash with a fork.
    2. Add remaining elements and blend till effectively mixed.

    🍑 Tropical Smoothie bowl 🍑

    I made a decision to change it up from the standard spiriluna powder smoothie bowls and go together with an all fruit one. 🥭🍑🍍🍌
    In the long run there was small chunks of peach which turned out to be a delcious addition! 🙌👌
    My accomplice stated the peach reminded him of a birds tail feathers 🦚 which I assumed was very cool.

    Substances:
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • half of cup frozen pineapple
    • 1 mango
    • 1 yellow peach
    • 3/Four a scoop of vanilla protein powder
    Toppings:
    • half of yellow peach
    • half of passionfruit
    • 2 tsp desciated coconut
    • 1.5 cherries

    Technique:
    1. Add frozen banana, frozen pineapple, mango and peach to a meals processor and mix till nearly mixed.
    2. Add protein powder and mix till clean.
    3. Add to coconut bowl and add toppings!
    4. Take pleasure in!! 😍

    I’m proud to announce that I’ve lastly virtually eaten all my Chrismas leftovers 👏. I had some lemon custard and stewed peaches leftover from Chrismas day, so I made a decision to make a dessert oatmeal bowl. It was SO scrumptious! 🤤👌 An ideal combo.

    Elements:
    ~ 60g rolled oats
    ~ 160g soy milk🥛
    ~ sprinkle of cinnamon
    Toppings:
    ~ 2 massive spoonfulls of home made lemon custard🍋
    ~ 2 scoops of stewed yellow peaches 🍑
    ~ 6 pumpkin seeds
    ~ Three pecans
    ~ 6 cubes of recent mango 🥭

    Technique:
    1. To a small saucepan on medium warmth, add rolled oats, soy milk and cinnamon.
    2. Stir often to keep away from sticking and as soon as it reaches a boil, stir continually. Takes about eight minutes to prepare dinner.
    3. Take off the warmth and pour into coconut bowl.
    4. Add toppings and luxuriate in! 🥭🤩🌱
