Brown rice cooked in vege inventory, pan fried kale🥬, mushroom🍄 and carrot🥕 in sesame oil, orange🍊 tahini tempeh (marinated in a single day for max flavour!) and thinly sliced purple capsicum. Topped with leftover marinade, homegrown spring onion and black sesame seeds. It was scrumptious. 👌🌸

    INGREDIENTS
    1 half of cups coconut milk
    2 cups pumpkin purée

    1/four tsp nutmeg

    RECIPE
