Endlessly pleased with this macadamia nut crusted pink snapper with mango salsa!! Most of my inspiration comes from my husband telling me what he’s craving or shocking me with random substances from the shop. My favourite factor to do is take the random substances and give you one thing particular! This time he stunned me with some beautiful recent snapper and I occurred to have mango and macadamia nuts and was reminded of a scrumptious dish I attempted in Hawaii.
RECIPE
Clear and pat fillets dry. Then place in a pan massive sufficient to marinate. Squeeze recent citrus (orange and lemon), olive oil and salt and pepper onto the fish and let sit for 30 minutes. In the meantime take 1 1/2 cups of macadamia nuts and mix in meals processor. Possibility so as to add some bread crumbs to the combo for added taste and crunch. Later half of the combination on prime of fish after marinated then set remaining apart. Place fish in oven for 15-20 minutes at 425 levels till opaque and flaky. Whereas the dish cooks prep your mango salsa with diced mango, jalapeño, cilantro, tomatoes, pink bell peppers, lime juice from 2 limes, sprint of chili powder, salt, cayenne. As soon as fish is cooked add extra macadamia nut combination on prime then broil on low for a couple of minutes till golden browned. High fish with mango salsa and dig in.
