~ My ‘Empty the fridge salad’ ~
It acquired to the top of the week and I had a bunch of components leftover, so I believed one of the simplest ways to make use of all of it up was to make a salad.🥗😇 I used the ‘Creamy Balsamic’ dressing from kateflowers ‘Sauce Queen’ eBook on prime and it labored SO properly!! 😍💚
I had some bbq tvp leftover from tacos 🌮and I added that as my protein supply💪. It is simply vegetable inventory rehydrated tvp cooked in coconut aminos, spices (I exploit smoked and candy paprika, combined herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dietary yeast, salt and pepper) and bbq sauce.

Elements:
◇ shredded iceberg lettuce 🥬
◇ diced carrot 🥕
◇ corn off the cob 🌽
◇ diced cucumber 🥒
◇ purple capsicum
◇ bbq tvp
◇ sliced inexperienced chilli
◇ dressing of alternative
Methodology:
1. Assemble bowl in an aesthetic style, drizzle over sauce and revel in!!

I ended up including far more of the dressing as a result of it simply wanted extra! 😋👌💚. I feel I left it a bit mild within the picture.
The inexperienced chilli added a little bit of a chew and kick that basically added an additional element.
