~ Oatmeal with a little bit of everthing ~
The opposite day I all of the sudden received this random yearning for speculaas, that are a really nostalgic biscuit for me. Half of my household are from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, so at any time when we might go to go to my Oma (Grandmother in Dutch) she would at all times have speculaas. I’ve at all times discovered it mpossible to only eat one, at a time, they’re too good! Delicate spiced, good texture and funky patterned. What extra may you need?😍

So after all, I needed to incorporate speculaas into my breakfast oatmeal. 😍😎
Substances:
🍃60g rolled oats
🍃160g soy milk 🥛
🍃1/Four tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
🍃Half a speculaas biscuit
🍃half a pink apple, reduce into stars 🍎⭐
🍃Four tremendous juicy dried cranberries
🍃2 tbsp nakulaplantbased strawberry probiotic yoghurt 🍓
🍃1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
🍃1 tsp dessicated coconut 🥥
🍃a drizzle of maple syrup
Technique:
1. To a small saucepan on medium warmth, add rolled oats, soy milk🥛 and cinnamon.
2. Stir sometimes to keep away from sticking. As soon as a boil is reached, stir contantly. Complete cooking time is roughly eight minutes.
3. Take off the warmth and pour into coconut bowl.
4. Add desired toppings and luxuriate in!🍓🥥💚
