This plate is simply me utilizing up leftovers within the fridge. It was very scrumptious.
There’s steamed corn🌽, a easy salad (cucumber🥒, tomato🍅, lettuce🥬, carrot🥕), pan fried combine (roasted potatoes🥔, marinated tofu, bbq tvp crumbles, onion and soy sauce) and peanut sauce🥜. This made for a really healthful and yummy meal. 💚
