Recipe:
2 cups oats (can sub gf oats)
1/2 cup uncooked buckwheat
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/four cup coconut oil, melted
1/four cup water
