Tofu scramble and kale salad

I’m actually loving my peanut butter based mostly sauces these days. They’re definelty my go-to choice. Tremendous creamy and all the time so tasty.

Here is what’s in my bowl:
Tofu scramble:
• Thinly sliced pink onion
• Grated ginger
• Thinly sliced carrot rounds
• Small cauli florets
• Further agency tofu
• Zataar seasoning
• Salt, turmeric, combined herbs, pepper
• Coconut aminos

Salad:
• Kale massaged with mct oil, lemon juice, salt and nooch
• Pink capsicum
• Avocado
~
Easy pb sauce:
• Roasted unsalted pb
• Pinch of salt
• Lemon juice
• Coconut aminos
• Water to skinny
