Asian chopped salad – so refreshing and straightforward to make!
INGREDIENTS
Inexperienced cabbage
Purple cabbage
Carrots
Cashews
Cilantro
Sugar snap peas
Dressing:
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Rice wine vinegar
Puréed ginger
Honey
Chop all of the veggies finely or use a mandolin (one among my fave kitchen instruments).
