RECIPE👇👇
Teriyaki sauce:
four tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gf)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
four cloves garlic, minced
half inch piece contemporary ginger (non-compulsory)
2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 small Cauliflower head (when you have an even bigger cauli make extra sauce!)
2 inexperienced onions, thinly chopped, for garnish
1 tbsp avo oil
Salt

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 levels F. Start by chopping your cauliflower into florets. Steam your cauliflower for 8-10 minutes or till softened. Then place cauliflower on a baking sheet, drizzle over 1 tbsp oil and a small pinch of salt, toss with arms… bake for 15 minutes till bits are charred! You are able to do this in an air fryer too! (at 400 levels f).
2. In a bowl mix all sauce components minus the ginger and garlic. In a pan over medium- low warmth add 1 tsp oil then sauté onion and ginger for two minutes… flip down the warmth all the way in which to low, in a small bowl or cup mix 1 tsp corn starch and three tbsp water. Combine then add teriyaki sauce to the garlic and ginger, ed by the cornstarch combination. Combine, then cook dinner on low warmth for 5 minutes till thickened. As soon as your cauliflower is prepared, toss into the sauce and serve with additional sesame seeds and inexperienced onions! I loved with rice!
