Chickpeas + salad with chestnuts
~at present’s breakfast 🌿
I lastly acquired some chestnuts yesterday after veggie_nerd made that scrumptious chestnut cream weeks in the past (I will need to attempt that, finally). It has mainly been a recurring thought since. 😅
I ate most of them as is after roasting yesterday and used the remaining in my salad this morning. I in all probability will not be utilizing them in a salad like this once more although, the flavour did not actually match up. 😕
Here is what’s in my bowl:
