Roasted Cauliflower Steaks:⁣

– olive oil ⁣
– pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds or each (elective) ⁣
– crushed sea salt & black pepper⁣
– 1 tbsp recent chopped parsley for garnish. ⁣

Methodology:⁣ 1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gasoline mark 6. Line a excessive sided baking tray with nonstick baking parchment. ⁣
