Sauce
three Tbsp peanut butter
half juiced lime
three Tbsp of soy sauce or coconut amino (gluten-free)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha (add extra for an additional spicy sauce)
ΒΌ tsp rice wine vinegar

Greens
1 Tbsp impartial oil, I used canola
1 cup of inexperienced or pink peppers, julienne/matchsticks
2 medium carrots, shredded or julienne/matchstick
Β½ white onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup of purple cabbage, chopped finley
.
Noodles
eight ounces of linguine rice noodles, cooked in accordance with the again of the bundle. I used A Style of Thai rice noodle.

Instructions
.
In a mixing bowl mix soy sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar,and lime juice. Whisk till clean and creamy.Warmth a big pan or wok over medium warmth. Add 1 Tbsp of oil. As soon as sizzling, add the onion and garlic. Saute for three minutes.Add the peppers, cabbage, and carrots. Saute for three minutes.Mix the cooked rice noodles and peanut sauce to the pan with the greens and blend nicely. Take the pan off the warmth and divide it into bowls. Garnish with crushed peanuts, crushed pink peppers, and inexperienced onions.
