The dessert didnt actually end up the best way I had deliberate. The ‘cakey biscuity’ bit on prime by no means hardened so the entire dessert was simply the one texture. 😓
Fortunately the style was good and I believe it seems to be fairly fairly too! 🥰 Served with mango passionfruit ice cream. 🥭😋💚
Aside from my Mum, nobody else gave it a go as a result of it contained no sugar, so I’ve 80% of the dessert remaining. 😣
It was enjoyable to experiment 😊
