Makes 12 pies
For the Dough

1-2 tbsp soy sauce, or extra to style
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp sesame oil

For Cooking
12 tbsp water, divided into Four batches of three tbsp every
Four tbsp oil, divided into Four batches of 1 tbsp every

For the Dough
