On this evening I stored it easy by having a steamed vegetable bowl. 😍
I typically have a bunch of greens left over on the finish of the week and I’ll both make roasted or steamed greens or a salad to make use of all of them up.

Ingreidents:
💐 1 small white potato 🥔
💐 half of an ear of corn 🌽
💐 1 carrot 🥕
💐 1/Four broccoli 🥦
💐 1/Four zucchini 🥒
💐 a sprinkle of homegrown spring onion
💐 1 tbsp vegan butter
💐 salt and pepper
Methodology:
1. Steam carrot🥕, corn🌽, broccoli🥦 and zucchini🥒 for 15 minutes.
2. In the meantime, wash potato🥔 and pat dry. Stab throughout with a fork and stick it within the microwave on a small plate for Three minutes (time will rely of measurement of potato🥔).
3. When potato🥔 is cooked, use a fork to smash the potato. Add the butter, salt, pepper and prime with spring onions. Switch to a big plate.
4. Add the steamed veg to the plate and revel in as is!

I did not add any sauce as a result of it actually wasn’t obligatory. All of it tasted superb because it was. 🤤💚👌
