One 15 ouncescan black beans drained and rinsed (250 g)
1/four cup sunflower seeds (35 g)
half cup oats (gluten-free if wanted) (45 g)
2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g)
2 cloves of garlic
half giant onion, chopped
2 tbsp floor chia seeds or flax seeds
Spice combine: half tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp floor oregano, 1 tsp floor cumin, half tsp smoked paprika, 1/four tsp pink pepper flakes
Sea salt and pepper to style
Oil for frying
Gravy:
1 half cups vegetable broth or water (360 ml)
1/Three cup plant-based cream or canned coconut milk (80 ml)
2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g)
half tsp recent ginger (minced)
Floor spice combine: Three tsp curry powder, 1 half tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, half tsp nutmeg, half tsp smoked paprika, 1/four tsp pink pepper flakes, 1 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar), sea salt and pepper to style
1 tbsp cornstarch (to thicken)
Contemporary parsley to garnish
