>< Fruity Spirulina Smoothie Bowl >< ~ with selfmade twice cooked caramel granola The opposite day I batch made sufficient spirulina smoothie bowls for Four parts and froze them for later use. All I needed to do was let this frozen smoothie thaw out within the solar within the morning after which add toppings. 😋💚 It makes for an easy breakfast. I had an thought to make some pb maple granola on the stovetop, however after including the liquid it went soggy😥, so I threw it within the oven to bake. This made it style like correct correct granola. It was SO scrumptious.😍😋 Smoothie bowl: ~ Frozen banana🍌 ~ Frozen honeydew ~ Frozen pineapple 🍍 ~ Coyo pure yoghurt ~ Inexperienced spirulina powder ~ Unsweetened oat milk ~ Vanilla protein powder 1️⃣ Throw every part in a meals processor till easy. Twice Cooked Caramel granola: ~2 cups rolled oats ~3/Four cup buckinis ~half of cup sunflower seeds ~1 cup dry roasted almonds and uncooked cashews ~half of cup blended dry fruit (fig, apricot and cranberries) ~ 1 tbsp maca powder ~1/Four cup crunchy peanut butter ~ 1/Four cup maple sryup ~ 1/Four tsp vanilla extract 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C 2️⃣ To a fry pan on medium warmth, add rolled oats and cook dinner till aromatic. 3️⃣ Add nuts, buckinis and seeds. Cook dinner for a pair minutes. ~ the full cooking time needs to be round 10 minutes. You need it to be toasted. 4️⃣ Take away from the warmth and add dried fruit. Combine collectively. 5️⃣ In a small bowl combine maca powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Pour over granola and stir very effectively till every part is coated. 6️⃣ Place granola onto a lined baking tray (I used 2 trays) and bake for 20 minutes stirring in between. 7️⃣ Let granola cool and retailer within the fridge for two weeks. ¤ ¤
