SUSHI!! First time making it. π£π₯π± I made three completely different rolls. A tofu and avocado roll, a teriyaki tempeh roll (marinated tempeh, carrot, pickled cucumber) and a veggie roll (avcoado, capsicum, purple cabbage). All dipped into darkish soy sauce. π
I used apple cider vinegar as a substitute of rice vinegar within the rice which I cannot do once more (the flavour was approach too robust π
). Possibly white vinegar for a extra delicate flavourπ. I do know historically its rice vinegar, however im not a fan of the style.
I in all probability wont make them once more, nicely not for myself anyway. I wasnt an enormous fan of the “fishy” flavour coming from the nori. π
