Cioppino! Probably the most scrumptious, gentle seafood stew ever.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb little neck clams, rinsed
1 lb key west shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 28 ouncescan of crushed tomatoes
1 cup dry white wine
1 white shallot, minced
1 half of cups rooster (or veggie) broth
2 bay leaves
half of tsp scorching sauce
2 tbsp contemporary parsley
Three tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
four garlic cloves (optionally available)
2 tbsp contemporary thyme
Salt and pepper
RECIPE
Warmth olive oil in giant sauce pan on medium excessive. Add shallots and garlic and cook dinner till golden about 5 minutes. Add wine and let scale back for an additional 5 minutes.
