I really like the depth of flavour the fennel offers on this recipe. Ive by no means cooked with it earlier than, smells and tastes liquoricey. 💚
This was a quite simple soup topped with a potato ball, which is simply steamed white potato mashed with butter, cheese, milk, salt and pepper blended in and fashioned like a ball. 👏🥰 The mix of onion and fennel with the potato is simply excellent!
