🍓🌿 A scrumptious and refreshing salad to check out! Fruity Spinach Salad with Strawberry Poppyseed French dressing
1 bag of natural spinach
half of cup natural strawberries sliced
3/four of cup natural blueberries
1 cup reduce watermelon. I reduce in in small cubes.
half of avocado reduce in any form
half of cup of inexperienced natural grapes washed and slides in half
1 kiwi sliced.
1/Three cup toasted pumpkin seeds
Three tbsp of Hemp seeds
Organize the salad in a bowl and make the dressing.
Dressing
eight medium natural strawberries
1/Three cup balsamic vinegar
1/Three cup additional virgin olive oil
1/Three cup water
1/four cup poppy seeds
2 cloves of garlic
half of tsp salt
half of tsp pepper
Mix all the things within the blender till easy.
