Fettuccine with a white wine Alfredo sauce & clams! Straightforward method to fancify your fettuccine Alfredo leftovers or make from scratch!

ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
half cup butter
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
half tsp salt
half tsp pepper
2 cups grated recent Parmesan cheese
1 tsp onion powder (or garlic)
half tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup white wine

CLAMS INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of little neck clams
5 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice

RECIPE
For clams – add all elements to sauce pan and warmth till boiling. Add clams for two minutes till they open up after which take away from warmth.

For pasta sauce –
In separate pan, add butter on medium low warmth. Pour in white wine and cream and stir for a couple of minutes till blended collectively. Add in seasonings. Stir for two minutes. Whisk in Parmesan cheese till totally melted collectively. Let simmer till sauce is decreased to a skinny texture. Add in your cooked fettuccine and clams and blend collectively. Take away from warmth and serve ASAP!
