Vegan Cheeze Sauce:

Components:
1/2 c uncooked cashews, soaked
1 tbsp water from cashews
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 c non dairy milk
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp pink miso paste
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/eight tsp white pepper
1 – 1 1/2 tbsp vegan bitter cream
1/four tsp tumeric
1/eight tsp paprika
1/four c dietary yeast
salt to style (I used 1/eight tsp)
1 – 2 tbsp melted vegan butter

Steps:

1. Soak cashews for at the least four hours (or in a single day), or boil cashews till they’re gentle. Maintain 1 tbsp of cashew water and drain the remaining water.
