🤞Resulting from private well being points, as of tomorrow I’m going gluten free and sugar free (this contains refined and pure sugars (fruit)) so I’ve needed to change the model of milk to an unsweetened selection😣.
I attempted the pureharvest unsweetened soy milk and it made the entire meal style like off cardboard, it was terrible😭. I ended up simply consuming the mango out of it🥭. It is a disgrace as a result of I actually like my present soy milk sanitariumsoogood
At the very least it regarded lovely. 😊

》60g rolled oats
》180g pureharvest unsweetened soy milk🥛
》50g crimson apple, grated 🍎
》sprinkle cinnamon
Toppings:
》mango🥭
》leftover mince meat
》pecans
》pumpkin seeds
》desiccated coconut🥥

Methodology:
1. To a small saucepan on medium warmth, add rolled oats, soy milk, grated apple and cinnamon.⭐
2. Stir often to keep away from sticking and as soon as it reaches a boil, stir continually. Takes about eight minutes to cook dinner.
3. Take off the warmth and pour into coconut bowl.
