To save lots of on plastic, I purchased a complete pumpkin and evidently it was method an excessive amount of pumpkin for myself and my associate to devour. 🌏😌🙄

I had get a bit inventive with tips on how to use it, so I roasted some and added it to the hummus recipe I often make. And WOW what an epic addition. I do not assume I am going to ever made that hummus plain once more. It added a layer of pure sweetness and a lot flavour! 🎃🍋💯

Over the ing days I ate it as is with cucumber, capsicum (which was so good!) and alongside facet my breakfast tofu scramble. 🥒👌
